Senior Design Engineer – Medium Voltage Switchgear (EMEA R&D)

About the role

Eaton is seeking an experienced Senior Design Engineer to join its R&D team in Sincan‑Ankara. The role focuses on the development of medium‑voltage switchgear and next‑generation concepts, working closely with international colleagues in the Netherlands and India.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic studies and develop a deep understanding of the medium‑voltage switchgear market and emerging trends.
• Drive customer‑centric solution development and evaluate complex information to deliver timely conclusions.
• Lead BOC and ProLaunch studies, ensuring clear communication across multidisciplinary teams.
• Build partnerships and collaborate with global engineering teams to align with organizational priorities.
• Set ambitious targets, challenge the status quo, and promote innovative approaches.
