Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong analytical mindset. You will develop data‑driven strategies, optimise performance campaigns and turn insights into impactful marketing actions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute data‑driven digital marketing strategies across relevant channels.
• Plan, manage and optimise performance marketing campaigns in line with business objectives.
• Monitor KPIs, identify growth opportunities and continuously optimise campaigns.
• Analyse campaign, website, customer and user‑behaviour data to generate actionable insights.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports and recommendations.
• Manage audience segmentation, targeting, personalisation and customer‑journey initiatives.
• Work with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking and measurement tools.
• Collaborate with Marketing, E‑commerce, CRM and other cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing or e‑commerce.
• Strong knowledge of digital channels, performance strategies and web analytics.
• Hands‑on experience planning, managing and optimising campaigns.
• Ability to translate data and insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and independent work skills.
