Senior Financial Planning, Reporting & Analysis Manager

About the role

Viatris, a global healthcare company supplying medicines to about 1 billion patients each year, is looking for a Senior Financial Planning, Reporting & Analysis Manager. The role ensures the smooth operation of the financial control function, compliance with audit rules, and acts as a business partner to support business decisions. It is based in Turkey.

Key responsibilities

• Lead US GAAP reporting and financial close, including monthly, quarterly and annual provisions and accruals.
• Monitor and analyse key financial and operational KPIs and deliver monthly financial performance packages and management reports.
• Lead P&L analysis across Sales, Product COGS, Other Costs, Freight & Distribution and SG&A, and analyse actual performance against budget, forecast and prior year.
• Oversee US GAAP profitability reporting after global consolidation, and lead product volume, price and mix analyses.
• Partner with the Head of Finance on quarterly forecasting, annual financial planning and long-term strategy, and lead forecast and budget processes.
• Provide financial analysis and decision support for Sales & Marketing and General & Administrative expenses, and act as Finance Business Partner to marketing and other commercial functions.
• Lead finance transformation and integration projects, including those related to the Viatris merger, and coordinate external and independent audits.
• Lead net working capital and balance sheet planning, and oversee CAPEX planning and performance.
• Ensure timely completion of global financial planning and reporting submissions (GPR, P&L, workforce planning, one-time submissions).
• Drive finance digital transformation with Power BI and other digital tools.

Required profile

• University graduate; master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 6-7 years of experience in a similar role.
• Advanced English.
• Leadership competencies: responsible, analytical and strategic thinker, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, team player and result oriented.

Required skills

• SAP FI, CO experience is a must.
• Advanced Windows programs: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
