Senior Full Stack Developer (Web3)

About the role

A partner company, acting on behalf of the hiring employer, is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer based in Turkey. The role sits in a Web3 environment building market intelligence solutions and decentralized trading infrastructure, with ownership of architecture and implementation across frontend, backend and blockchain integrations. The position is fully remote, with flexible working hours.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end full stack development across React interfaces, Node.js services and Web3 integrations
• Design, develop and scale decentralized applications using blockchain wallets, DeFi protocols and on-chain data sources
• Integrate Web3 libraries, SDKs, third-party packages and APIs into secure, reliable workflows
• Architect systems meeting performance, scalability, security and interoperability demands
• Build and optimise infrastructure handling high volumes of real-time market data and blockchain activity
• Own the software development lifecycle, from design and implementation through deployment, monitoring and production support
• Troubleshoot production issues, investigate root causes and improve system reliability
• Collaborate with senior engineers on architecture, strategy and emerging Web3 technologies

Required profile

• At least 10 years of professional software development experience
• Minimum 3 years of full stack development with a strong focus on Web3 and blockchain applications
• Demonstrated experience delivering Web3 applications to production and integrating wallets, DeFi protocols and on-chain data sources
• Proven experience designing and scaling data-intensive, real-time systems
• Fluent English and comfort working autonomously in a fast-paced startup
• Experience with multi-chain development (Ethereum and Solana) is an advantage

Required skills

• TypeScript, React and Node.js
• Hands-on integration of blockchain wallets, DeFi protocols and Web3 APIs
• Prisma, Zod, tRPC and Fastify are a plus
