Senior Game Designer

About the role

This senior creative position focuses on designing and implementing engaging content and complex gameplay systems for a live mobile game. You will shape characters, progression mechanics, events, combat systems and other features from concept to implementation, working in a highly autonomous, experimental and globally distributed environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own design of complex features such as progression systems, event frameworks, combat updates and new characters, from high‑level concepts through data implementation.
• Analyze player data, feedback and game outcomes to refine the economy, loops and combat meta, ensuring balance and strategic depth.
• Create clear design documentation and present concepts to stakeholders, using data‑driven arguments.
• Collaborate with art, engineering, production and external partners to maintain a sustainable content pipeline and release cadence.

Required profile

• Proven game or content design experience in live, hero‑driven, free‑to‑play mobile games.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to use data and player feedback to iterate designs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills within cross‑functional, globally distributed teams.
• Passion for mobile games and a performance‑driven, growth‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Unity and internal game content tools.
