Senior IT Operations & Solutions Specialist

About the role

İDİS, a hearing health center chain with 37 centers across 13 cities and a member of the Demant Group, is looking for a Senior IT Operations & Solutions Specialist for its headquarters in Kadıköy. The role ensures the effective operation and continuous improvement of the technology environment, working with business functions, global IT teams and external technology partners. It covers IT operations, local implementation of global IT standards, business application development, IT project coordination and the evolution of the ERP platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end management of IT and software projects, from requirements gathering to delivery, coordinating with business stakeholders, global IT teams and external partners
• Coordinate continuous improvement of the ERP platform and support integration of ERP and other business applications
• Manage communication between business users, internal teams and external partners during analysis, development, testing and implementation
• Participate in digital transformation, automation and process improvement projects
• Coordinate system installations, upgrades, maintenance and technology rollouts
• Oversee day-to-day IT infrastructure, business applications and information security in line with global standards, working with the IT Help Desk
• Implement global IT standards locally and coordinate technology vendors, service quality and issue resolution
• Support IT asset, licensing, purchasing and budget follow-up, maintain system documentation and train employees on applications, security and digital tools

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT operations across multiple IT functions, business applications and technology projects
• Strong experience supporting and improving ERP systems with business teams and external providers
• Ability to analyse business requirements and coordinate technology solutions through implementation
• Fluency in written and spoken English

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft technologies and Microsoft 365
• Experience with SharePoint and Power BI
• Familiarity with ERP, CRM, POS and other enterprise applications
• Knowledge of LAN, WAN, WLAN networks, system integrations, APIs and web services
• Understanding of ITIL and IT service management principles
