Senior Kitroom Specialist

About the role

The Senior Kitroom Specialist coordinates the receipt, preparation, replenishment and dispatch of surgical kits and materials, ensuring they meet Stryker’s quality standards and customer requirements. This role works closely with booking, warehouse, manufacturing, purchasing, engineering, hospitals and courier partners.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, check and process returned kits, separating instruments and implants as needed.
• Clean instrumentation according to biohazard regulations and Stryker procedures.
• Perform quality and configuration checks on instruments, implants and kit contents.
• Generate pick lists, replenish kits from warehouse stock and prepare kits for dispatch.
• Coordinate with courier partners for early‑morning, same‑day and weekend deliveries and maintain accurate dispatch records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Healthcare or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, inventory, warehousing or kitroom operations.
• Experience using ERP or inventory management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling medical equipment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
