About the role
BursaCapital Legal is seeking an experienced Senior Lawyer to join its Bursa office. You will take independent responsibility for ongoing legal matters, conduct client meetings and actively manage files as part of our day‑to‑day practice.
Key responsibilities
- Lead client meetings and provide clear legal advice.
- Independently manage and follow up on legal files from inception to resolution.
- Draft, review and negotiate contracts and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research, analysis and prepare litigation materials.
- Support corporate and commercial matters, including international contracts when applicable.
Required profile
- Proven experience in client-facing legal work.
- Strong organisational skills and professional judgement.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for case outcomes.
- Experience in litigation, contract work and general legal advisory.
Required skills
- Legal drafting.
- Legal research and analytical abilities.
- Litigation handling.
