Senior Manager Orderbook Fulfillment

About the role

The Senior Manager Orderbook Fulfillment is responsible for ensuring product availability across the Turkish market while meeting the group’s OTIF targets and cost‑efficiency goals. The role drives end‑to‑end supply‑chain integration, supports commercial strategies and leads continuous improvement projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the S&OP calendar and process for Turkey, coordinating supply and demand to meet on‑time loading and delivery targets.
• Monitor inbound flow from vendors/CBW, prepare weekly rolling summary reports for the SCM Director and develop solutions to accelerate delayed deliveries.
• Oversee foreign‑trade activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and cost‑efficiency.
• Own day‑to‑day availability and fulfillment, matching OTIF execution with commercial priorities and managing inventory in a shared pool.
• Identify critical supply‑chain constraints in 100% meetings and implement actions to resolve issues for strategic and marketing‑driven products.
• Participate in cross‑functional projects such as SAP implementation, acting as change‑management lead and ensuring cross‑functional integration.

Required profile

• Four‑year degree in finance, business, logistics, supply chain, information systems or related field.
• 7‑8 years of supply‑chain experience, with at least 4 years in a management role.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Strong analytical mindset with a commercial orientation.
• Proven ability to meet critical deadlines through effective planning and organization.

Required skills

• SAP expertise.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications.
