Senior Market Growth Specialist - Automotive Spare Parts

About the role

Reed Turkey is recruiting, for its client, a Senior Market Growth Specialist for a leading international automotive company. The role manages product marketing and brand management for spare parts, OEM and OES customers, developing and implementing marketing strategies that position products accurately in global markets, strengthen brand value and support commercial growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute product marketing strategies
• Manage the product lifecycle
• Plan and coordinate new product launches
• Develop and implement brand strategies
• Conduct international market analysis
• Manage relationships with OEM and OES customers
• Collaborate with sales teams to improve commercial performance
• Oversee digital marketing and data analytics processes

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration or Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the automotive industry
• Strong knowledge of OEM/OES and aftermarket
• Advanced English; German, Russian or Chinese is a plus
• Experience in international markets
