Senior Marketing Manager – Brand & Communications

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the marketing vision of Turgut Aydın Holding’s insurance venture. The role will shape brand strategy, drive corporate communications, and oversee integrated marketing initiatives that support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and execute the company’s brand strategy, managing brand positioning, identity and experience.
• Plan and oversee communications and visibility projects to strengthen corporate brand perception.
• Design and optimise marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Lead product launches, corporate events, customer engagement activities and internal events.
• Coordinate sponsorship, public relations and media relations activities.
• Manage relationships with creative, media, PR and event agencies.
• Measure and analyse brand performance, campaign effectiveness and marketing investments, reporting to senior management.
• Identify industry trends and competitive developments to inform strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in brand management, marketing communications, event and campaign management.
• Proven track record in developing and executing brand strategies, preferably in insurance, financial services or banking.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Analytical and results‑oriented mindset with solid project‑management capabilities.
