Senior People & Culture Specialist

About the role

bitaksi, Turkey's leading taxi-hailing app, is looking for a Senior People & Culture Specialist. The person will own key People initiatives, turn organizational needs into structured projects and work closely with leaders and teams. The role combines project management with an analytical and organizational development mindset, leading People projects from idea to implementation and using data to generate actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Lead People projects end-to-end, from planning through implementation and impact measurement.
• Drive organizational development initiatives that strengthen effectiveness, talent practices, employee experience and ways of working.
• Own the adoption of AI within the People function, improving processes, tools and decision-making.
• Analyze workforce data and monitor metrics such as headcount, turnover, retention, performance and organizational trends.
• Own the employer branding agenda and the Employee Value Proposition.
• Partner with leaders and teams to turn organizational needs into practical, scalable People solutions.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience in People & Culture / HR, preferably in HR Business Partnering, Organizational Development, People Analytics or HR Project Management.
• Experience designing, improving or implementing People processes and systems.
• Ability to work comfortably in a fast-moving technology environment and to communicate effectively in English.

Required skills

• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with strong communication and collaboration skills.
