Senior Performance Marketing Executive

About the role

Natural Clinic, an Istanbul-based international healthcare group serving patients from more than 80 countries, runs high-volume, multilingual lead generation campaigns across Meta, Google and TikTok. It is looking for a senior specialist to own paid acquisition for its international markets. This is a lead-generation role, not e-commerce: the funnel runs Lead to Contact to Offer to Deal, so success is measured in cost per qualified lead, CAC and downstream revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition across Meta, Google and TikTok for international markets, managing significant monthly budgets across countries and languages
• Work closely with sales, CRM and creative teams to connect ad spend with actual deals
• Analyse performance across countries, languages and platforms and allocate budgets accordingly
• Report full-funnel ROI by joining ad data with sales data using CRM tools

Required profile

• 10+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience; management of six-figure monthly ad budgets strongly preferred
• Proven experience managing a lead-generation funnel, optimising for cost per qualified lead and CAC
• Experience advertising into international markets (MENA, Europe, UK/US) and multilingual campaign management
• Advanced English, written and spoken
• Healthcare advertising experience or strong knowledge of Meta's health restrictions, or experience with international markets

Required skills

• Meta Ads: campaign architecture, Advantage+, CAPI and pixel, custom and lookalike audiences
• Google Ads: Search, Performance Max and Demand Gen, with working knowledge of offline conversion imports
• TikTok Ads: campaign setup and optimisation
• Analytics: UTM discipline, attribution models, Looker Studio or similar dashboards, CRM data (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce)
• AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude, and automation tools such as n8n, Zapier or Make (a plus)
