Senior Performance Marketing Executive

About the role

OneIngage, a digital media, data, e-commerce and digital visualization company within the Koç Group, is looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Executive. The role covers creating and optimising paid performance campaigns across Google Ads, native media DSPs and social platforms, while analysing digital media approaches and KPIs.

Key responsibilities

• Create targeting for performance ads based on the campaign's target audience
• Create and optimise Google Ads campaigns (search, display, video, app, shopping)
• Analyse digital media approaches and KPIs, and monitor performance via mobile application panels
• Create and optimise programmatic campaigns on native media DSPs and social media ads
• Guide brands on setting up remarketing and conversion codes for performance channels
• Monitor and optimise daily, weekly and monthly performance against brand KPIs
• Ensure Media First and/or Beta products are implemented for performance channels and support the brand team in high-performing media planning
• Identify opportunities by analysing data in Google Analytics and other digital marketing channels

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing
• Excellent command of verbal and written English
• Experience with digital performance measurement tools
• High job tracking, coordination and management skills, with an analytical mindset
• Google and Facebook advertising certificates are an asset
