Senior Procurement Analyst – Production & Technical Materials

About the role

As a Senior Procurement Analyst you will support Banvit MBRF’s production operations by managing the sourcing of energy, technical materials and services. You will develop sourcing strategies, negotiate with suppliers and ensure continuity of supply while driving cost‑efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage procurement activities for production support, energy, technical materials and services across operations.
• Develop and implement short‑, mid‑ and long‑term sourcing strategies aligned with business needs.
• Lead supplier negotiations and support contracting to achieve optimal cost, quality and service.
• Conduct market and supplier analysis, identify alternative sources and support competitiveness initiatives.
• Maintain supplier relationships, performance monitoring and contingency planning for critical items.
• Drive cost‑saving, payment term and procurement efficiency projects.
• Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Utilities, Finance, Legal, Controlling and Global Procurement teams.
• Support contract management, master data, purchase orders and supplier delivery follow‑up.
• Track procurement performance and prepare regular reports for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics, Mechatronics or related).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical procurement, supplier negotiations and contract management.
• Knowledge of strategic sourcing, Total Cost of Ownership and market analysis.
• Fluent in English and able to communicate in Turkish.
• Willingness to live in or relocate to Bandirma, Turkey.

• SAP procurement modules (or Oracle procurement modules).
