Senior Procurement Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a strategic and vision‑driven Senior Procurement Supervisor to lead procurement systems and processes across all business units of Volkswagen Doğuş Finans. The role will align procurement activities with the group’s objectives, ensuring cost‑effective sourcing and strong supplier partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies in collaboration with business units, respecting budget plans and corporate goals.
• Manage the existing supplier portfolio, identify new strategic partners, and negotiate pricing and service level agreements.
• Oversee procurement processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to drive continuous improvement in sourcing efficiency.
• Monitor market trends and provide insights to support strategic decision‑making.

Required profile

• Proven experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably within the automotive or financial services sector.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills with a focus on strategic sourcing.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously and lead a team toward shared objectives.
