Senior Product Designer

About the role

n11 is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead end‑to‑end design of mobile, m‑web and web experiences, turning research and data insights into intuitive, scalable products.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design of product experiences across mobile, m‑web and web platforms, creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes and UX scenarios.
• Collaborate with product, data and engineering teams to shape discovery, influence roadmaps and ensure high‑quality implementation.
• Drive evolution and governance of the n11 Design System, documenting components, variants, accessibility rules and responsive behaviors.
• Evaluate designs through A/B tests, UAT feedback, metrics and user behavior, iterating to improve outcomes.
• Mentor junior and mid‑level designers, sharing best practices and guiding design craft.

Required profile

• University degree in Design, UX/UI, HCI or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of UX/UI or product design experience on scalable digital products.
• Proven ability to lead end‑to‑end design processes and translate ambiguous requirements into clear experiences.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with product, data and engineering teams.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including UI kit and design system architecture.
• Usability testing, behavioral data analysis and A/B testing.
• Creation of user flows, wireframes, prototypes, IA structures and complex UX scenarios.
• UX writing, microcopy and motion design for micro‑interactions.
• Documentation of accessibility standards, responsive rules and edge cases.
