Senior Project Finance Specialist

About the role

Kalyon Holding, which operates in construction, energy, real estate, aviation and education, is looking for a Senior Project Finance Specialist to join its Project Finance and Analysis Department at Kalyon Construction Headquarters. The role covers the end-to-end execution of project financing, corporate finance and ECA transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the end-to-end execution and timely completion of project financing, corporate finance and ECA transactions
• Lead financial analysis, due diligence and risk assessment for potential banks and investors
• Review and negotiate term sheets, loan agreements, financing documents, collateral agreements and hedging agreements
• Prepare project documentation with the project team and track pre-closing and post-closing obligations
• Take part in due diligence and Q&A processes and coordinate with legal and other advisors
• Manage budget, long-term business planning and financial modeling
• Build complex financial models, run assumption and output analyses and sensitivity tests
• Prepare investment presentations, reports and information memos for senior management and lenders
• Monitor project financial performance and ensure efficient use of resources

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration or Engineering; Master's degree preferred
• At least 5 years of experience in corporate finance, project finance, ECA financing, investment banking or M&A
• Experience in banks, investment firms, developers, private equity firms or consulting firms
• Knowledge of ECA transactions and LMA standards preferred; experience in energy, infrastructure or PPP projects preferred
• Advanced spoken and written English; strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and attention to detail
