Senior Project Manager

About the role

inavitas is looking for an organized, detail‑oriented Senior Project Manager to lead digital transformation projects in the energy sector. You will oversee the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring financial health, risk control, and strong stakeholder relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, revise, and maintain comprehensive project plans.
• Monitor, report, and analyse project progress, identifying deviations and corrective actions.
• Track and control project financials, manage resource allocation, cost, and scheduling.
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks while leveraging opportunities.
• Define project scope, allocate resources, set deadlines, and ensure formal project closure per contractual requirements.
• Lead the project team, establish guidelines, assign tasks, and provide guidance.
• Produce and deliver project documentation and status reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical‑Electronics, Computer, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• PMP certification.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience managing scope, cost, schedule, and vendors across various contract types.
• Eagerness to learn and adopt new technologies.
