Senior Project Manager, Oral Health

About the role

Lead strategic, cross‑functional innovation projects in oral health, including new product development, packaging changes, and process improvements, to drive business goals for a global consumer healthcare company.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute project scopes, success criteria, and delivery strategies while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Establish and manage cross‑functional teams, governance processes, and stage‑gate reviews to maintain quality, compliance, and timely decision‑making.
• Maintain integrated project plans in the PPM system, track milestones, risks, and opportunities, and provide transparent reporting.
• Coordinate market‑level launch readiness for selected markets and support post‑launch reviews and lessons learned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Sciences, Business/Finance, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of project management experience in marketing, supply chain, or R&D within FMCG or consumer healthcare.
• Excellent written and spoken English and strong analytical skills.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and manage complex, ambiguous situations.
