Senior RF Design Engineer

About the role

Analog Devices is seeking a Senior RFIC Design Engineer to join its RF Semiconductors team in Istanbul, Turkey. You will lead the development of RF components such as beamformers, mixers, detectors, switches, and amplifiers for a variety of markets.

Key responsibilities

• Design integrated circuits at the transistor level for RF blocks and evaluate first‑silicon performance.
• Develop RF products across multiple process and packaging technologies, handling problem resolution and project leadership.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally, communicate with internal groups and external customers, and produce required documentation and reports.

Required profile

• Degree in Electrical Engineering (M.S. preferred; PhD a plus) with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of S‑parameters, transmission‑line theory, and RF networks.
• Motivated, results‑oriented engineer with good written and presentation skills.

Required skills

• RF circuit design and simulation at transistor and behavioral levels.
• Proficiency with Cadence and ADS design environments.
• Experience using electromagnetic simulators such as EMPro and/or HFSS.
• IC tape‑out experience and familiarity with RF test equipment.
