Senior Services Remote Sales Engineer

About the role

As a Senior Services Remote Sales Engineer you will drive growth of Schneider Electric’s Services business through remote, digital sales activities. You will build strong relationships with existing customers, manage contract renewals and identify new opportunities within the installed base.

Key responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of existing customers and identify opportunities to grow the Services business.
• Own and proactively manage the end‑to‑end renewal process for service and maintenance contracts, ensuring timely follow‑up and maximizing renewal rates.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities across the Services portfolio and convert inbound leads into sales opportunities.
• Engage customers through phone calls, virtual meetings, email and other digital communication channels.
• Prepare quotations, manage sales opportunities and maintain accurate CRM records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in B2B sales, inside sales, account management or service sales.
• Proven experience managing service contract renewals and customer retention activities.
• Strong customer relationship management, negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and achieve sales targets.

• Experience using digital sales tools and virtual communication platforms.
