Senior Specialist – 2nd Hand Marketplace

About the role

Join Sahibinden.com as a Senior Specialist focusing on the growth of our 2nd‑hand marketplace. You will drive business development, partnership initiatives and seller onboarding to expand category supply.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, acquire and onboard corporate sellers to increase marketplace supply.
• Manage end‑to‑end integration and post‑integration support for corporate sellers.
• Drive partnership initiatives through field visits, market research and joint commercial plans.
• Coordinate marketing, CRM, campaign and product design initiatives for B2C and C2C acquisition and retention.
• Monitor and report KPIs, market trends and competitor activities.
• Analyze CRM and campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
• Design automated customer journeys across B2B, B2C and C2C segments.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimise growth strategies.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in a commercial role within an online or technology business.
• Background in business development, partnership management or field sales.
• Experience in digital business, preferably e‑commerce or consumer‑facing platforms.
• Strong negotiation, decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven track record of taking projects from idea to implementation in large organisations.
