Senior Specialist, Customer Success Operations and Enablement

About the role

Mastercard is looking for a Senior Specialist to join its Services Customer Success team in the EEMEA region. The role focuses on building tools, processes and insights that enable Customer Success teams to deliver consistent, high-impact experiences and support go-to-market readiness across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain operational playbooks, models and enablement materials for Customer Success teams.
• Collaborate with Network Services, Product, Value Enablement and Marketing to align regional strategies.
• Support the creation of tools and processes that improve onboarding, strategic support and long-term customer advocacy.
• Gather feedback from customers and internal stakeholders to drive product improvements and value-expansion initiatives.
• Ensure best-in-class readiness for go-to-market activities and consistent delivery of value propositions.

Required profile

• Passionate about building strong value propositions that empower customer-facing teams.
• Experience in customer success operations, enablement or related functions within a B2B environment.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with product, marketing and network teams.
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision making.
