About the role
HARIBO is seeking a Senior Specialist in Demand Planning to develop accurate forecasts, coordinate with cross‑functional teams and ensure product availability across its Turkish operations.
Key responsibilities
- Develop short‑, medium‑, and long‑term demand forecasts by analysing customer requirements, product needs and inventory levels.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Production, Logistics and Supply Chain teams throughout the demand planning process.
- Monitor inventory levels, identify potential stock shortages and plan corrective actions.
- Prepare and present demand‑planning reports, track KPIs and suggest process improvements.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in demand planning, inventory or order management.
- Strong knowledge of S&OP processes and end‑to‑end operational management.
Required skills
- Experience with SAP APO.
- Experience with SAP IBP.
