About the role

SYSTRA is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to join its Istanbul office, focusing on the analysis and design of transportation infrastructure such as bridges, viaducts, overpasses, underpasses and culverts.

Key responsibilities

Participate in structural analysis and design processes for transportation projects.
Prepare and review technical drawings, ensuring compliance with major building codes (Eurocode, AASHTO).
Manage client relationships regarding technical solutions and provide guidance to drafting teams.

Required profile

B.Sc. in Civil Engineering (M.Sc. is a plus).
Minimum 7 years of experience in structural design and at least 3 years in bridge design.
Strong collaborative, organized and communication skills.

Required skills

Proficiency in SAP2000, AutoCAD and MIDAS.
Knowledge of Eurocode and AASHTO standards.
Experience with designing minor and major artworks such as viaducts and culverts.
