Senior Tax Global Compliance & Reporting – Bursa

About the role

We are looking for a Senior professional to join EY’s Tax Global Compliance and Reporting department in Bursa. The role involves providing tax advisory, preparing reports, and supporting audits for corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Review corporate income tax returns and transactions to ensure compliance with tax legislation.
• Provide day‑to‑day tax advisory support and identify necessary corrections or adjustments.
• Prepare certification reports and other services within the scope of Sworn‑in Certified Public Accountant activities.
• Participate in tax audits and client meetings to discuss findings and outcomes.
• Guide junior team members and contribute to their performance evaluations and development.
• Monitor changes in tax legislation and incorporate them into client work.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Public Finance or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in tax audit and/or tax advisory.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Preferably hold an SMMM qualification or be in the internship process.
• Willingness to travel when required.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications.
