Senior Training Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Training Executive to design, deliver, and manage training programs for a leading global technology brand. The role focuses on onboarding, product knowledge, and continuous development of field sales teams, ensuring they are equipped to meet market demands in Turkey.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and deliver induction and new product launch trainings for field teams.
• Facilitate on‑the‑job training sessions with business partners to support real‑time learning.
• Support training academy logistics, content delivery, and post‑training follow‑up.
• Deliver field training to strengthen product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Adapt training content with global and local teams to align with Turkey’s market dynamics.
• Maintain up‑to‑date training materials, presentations, and supporting content.
• Oversee onboarding programs for new sales members and monitor progress during the first three months.
• Track training effectiveness through KPIs and feedback tools, providing regular reports to the Training Manager and Sales Leaders.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in training or learning & development.
• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation abilities.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and relationship‑building skills.
• Experience in retail, sales training, or consumer electronics is preferred.
• Previous L&D experience within an HR function is a plus.
