Senior Valuation, Modelling and Economics - Ankara

About the role

EY-Parthenon's Transaction Corporate Finance practice covers mergers and acquisitions, private and public offerings, valuations, modelling, economic impact analysis, due diligence and financial consulting. It is looking to strengthen its Valuation and Modelling team at Senior level, based in Ankara. You will work with major corporate clients, financial institutions and multinational companies on strategic planning, regulatory compliance, financial reporting and fair market value documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare business plans, reports and presentations for valuation projects
• Take part in client meetings and interact with senior members of the EY-Parthenon team
• Join review sessions of deliverables with the engagement lead during the project
• Work closely with the engagement lead and the wider team to deliver high-standard work products
• Use logical thinking and creative problem-solving to resolve issues
• Assist junior team members in developing their valuation skills and coach them, sharing technical knowledge

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering (Management or Industrial) or a related field
• 2 to 4 years of related experience for seniors in valuation, corporate finance, strategic planning, financial modelling, financial/debt advisory or financial reporting/audit
• Strong commercial understanding and/or relevant industry and transaction experience
• Demonstrated record of solving complex problems and completing challenging projects

Required skills

• First-class numeracy and analytical skills, with intellectual rigour and commercial awareness
• Valuation knowledge and understanding
• Knowledge of evolving data analytics tools and software, including data visualization and database skills
