Service Procurement Manager

About the role

Randstad Türkiye is recruiting a Service Procurement Manager for its global business partner in the renewable energy sector, based in Istanbul. The role takes ownership of the procurement processes for the Service Department, such as maintenance, annual scheduled services and spare parts, while ensuring compliance with global processes and standards.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of the procurement processes for the Service Department, including maintenance, annual scheduled services and spare parts.
• Ensure compliance with global processes and standards in all Service Sourcing activities.
• Coordinate with central teams to manage the Service Sourcing scope of local projects effectively.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings in Service Sourcing operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in after-sales sourcing activities.
• Experience in purchasing, such as negotiation and offer preparation.
• Experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus.
• Fluency in English; willingness to travel regularly, including nights away from home.

Required skills

• Knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of SAP, especially PO processes.
• Project management skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, customer focus, and ability to work in a cross-functional team.
