Service Sales Manager

About the role

Mettler Toledo, a global leader in precision instruments and services, is looking for a Service Sales Manager to expand its Service Sales channel within the Turkish market. The manager reports to the Service Business Area Manager and handles daily business management, including training and coaching of the Service Sales Team. The role is ideally based in Istanbul.

Key responsibilities

• Growth, engagement and development of the Service team, and coaching associates on individual and team performance.
• Sales responsibility for equipment business, including service spare parts stock and warranty management.
• Support in defining the country's service sales strategy and coordinating the team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Contribute to top-level business planning and set targets for revenue, profitability and business development.
• Drive value-based selling strategies and identify unexplored market opportunities, assessing their technical and commercial viability.
• Create and document sales processes and roles, run analyses and prepare reports to support strategic decisions.
• Work closely with Service Teams and Business Areas to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Degree level with a postgraduate qualification in a relevant discipline or an MBA.
• Essential: service sales or marketing qualification and experience.
• At least 3 years of sales management experience (preferably service or product) in a B2B environment.
• Ideally based in Istanbul; willingness to travel extensively.
