About the role

Viessmann is seeking a Service Technician specialized in heating systems for its Merter branch in Istanbul. The role involves delivering maintenance, repair and commissioning services for assigned product groups while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repair and commissioning activities for the designated heating system product line.
• Receive technical service orders from supervisors, complete the work, and fill out service reports accurately.
• Maintain an inventory of required materials in the vehicle depot and monitor stock levels.
• Generate material requisitions when stock falls below minimum thresholds.
• Prepare regular service reports documenting performed activities.
• Provide professional, effective solutions to customer requests to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Required profile

• Graduate of a technical vocational school.
• Knowledge and practical experience with heating systems.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar technical service role.
• Resident of Istanbul.
• Customer‑oriented with strong negotiation, problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork skills.
• Motivated, resilient, target‑driven and detail‑oriented.
• Intermediate proficiency with computers and MS Office.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to use a vehicle actively.
• No travel restrictions domestically or internationally.
• Male candidates must have completed mandatory military service.
