Üniversitelerin 'Sınıf Öğretmenliği' lisans bölümünden mezun, tercihen Yüksek Lisans yapmış, Pedagojik Formasyon Eğitimini tamamlamış, En az 3 yıl özel okul deneyimine sahip, Eğitim teknolojilerini kullanabilen, Öğrenmeye açık, iletişim becerileri güçlü, takım çalışmasına yatkın,Çocuklarla Felsefe (P4C) uygulamaları konusunda bilgi sahibi ve tercihen deneyimli, Öğrenci merkezli, araştırma ve sorgulamaya dayalı öğrenme yöntemlerini etkin kullanabilen, İyi derecede İngilizce bilen (tercih nedenidir), Show more Show less
