Site Chief – Roofing & Façade Projects

About the role

AFG Çelik Yapı ve Kimya Ltd. Şti. seeks a Site Chief to lead roofing and façade works on an industrial construction project in Samsun. You will ensure that all activities are executed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor on‑site execution of roofing, façade cladding, accessories, doors and related works.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards and the project schedule.
• Organise and coordinate daily activities of site teams and subcontractors.
• Track daily completed quantities, overall site progress and material deliveries.
• Support quantity take‑off, progress payment activities and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
• Perform quality inspections and follow up on corrective actions.
• Monitor Occupational Health & Safety compliance throughout the site.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Hands‑on site experience in roofing and façade applications, preferably in industrial projects.
• Knowledge of sandwich panels, trapezoidal sheets, metal roofing and façade cladding systems.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
• Strong planning, monitoring and reporting abilities.
• Willingness to reside in or relocate to Samsun.
