About the role
Arvato Logistics, part of Bertelsmann, is a leading international service provider in supply chain management and e‑commerce. The Site Manager will oversee warehouse operations across multiple projects in a multi‑user facility, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Manage warehouse operations for all projects in a multi‑user facility.
- Present weekly and monthly KPI reports to senior management.
- Establish action plans to achieve goals and coordinate target‑oriented activities.
- Participate actively in process development within the facilities.
- Ensure compliance with occupational safety and quality system rules.
- Fulfill responsibilities arising from regulations, standards and contracts.
Required profile
- Preferably graduated from an Industrial Engineering department.
- Minimum 5 years experience in e‑commerce, textile, cosmetics or automotive warehouse operations management, leading large teams.
- Proficient with MS Office programs.
- Analytical mindset.
- Ability to adapt to an intensive work tempo.
- Advanced knowledge of English.
- Holder of a B‑class driving licence.
