Smart Start Internship – Maintenance & Facility Management

About the role

Join Bosch’s TEF3&FCM Smart Start program as a student intern, supporting maintenance and facility management activities while gaining hands‑on experience in a global engineering environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in daily maintenance processes.
• Support projects related to maintenance and facility management, including order creation, tracking, measurement, cost improvement and digital transformation initiatives.
• Participate in problem‑solving activities.
• Help manage maintenance documentation.

Required profile

• 3rd or 4th year Bachelor or Master student in Engineering (Electrical‑Electronics or Mechatronics preferred).
• Available for a minimum of 11 continuous months, with at least three full days per week.
• Fluent English and strong analytical thinking.
• Good communication and teamwork skills, able to work under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of the automotive industry, serial production, production processes and measurement systems.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
• SAP knowledge.
