Smart Start Marketing & Communication Internship

About the role

Join Bosch Group’s Smart Start program as a Marketing and Communication Intern in Bursa. You will support network‑wide marketing initiatives, help share success stories, and create engaging internal content that highlights employee achievements.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in marketing and communication activities to boost visibility across global locations.
• Collaborate with local and international teams to gather and share success stories, innovative practices, and achievements.
• Create internal content such as articles, videos, graphics, and success‑story posts.
• Support the preparation of visual and textual posts for internal communication platforms.
• Work with various departments to turn information into relevant, engaging material.
• Contribute to planning and organizing marketing and communication events.

Required profile

• 3rd or 4th‑year undergraduate or postgraduate student in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related fields.
• Strong interest in marketing, communication and content creation.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Creative mindset with a flair for visually appealing content.
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills in an international environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
