Social Media Manager

About the role

Mavi, a leading global denim and lifestyle brand, is seeking a Social Media Manager to lead its social presence in Turkey. You will shape and execute the brand’s digital voice across key platforms, ensuring alignment with overall marketing and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and drive Mavi’s social media strategy in Turkey, aligning with brand, marketing, and business goals.
• Lead content planning, creation, and publishing on Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Design platform‑specific content strategies that reinforce Mavi’s position in fashion, denim, and lifestyle categories.
• Build annual, seasonal, and campaign‑based social media calendars to boost visibility and engagement.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, PR, Influencer, E‑commerce, and CRM teams to translate 360° communication plans into impactful social media executions.
• Own the social media content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of all initiatives.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics, turning insights into actionable recommendations.
• Stay current with emerging trends, platform updates, and digital culture to identify growth opportunities.
• Participate in social media crisis management and ensure effective communication when needed.
• Gather customer feedback from social channels and work with relevant teams to improve the customer experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 8 + years of experience managing social media for fashion, lifestyle, or retail brands.
• Strong interest in fashion trends, digital culture, and consumer behavior.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn and YouTube platforms, including algorithms, audience dynamics and best practices.
• Ability to craft platform‑specific content strategies and visual storytelling.
• Experience with social media analytics, reporting and crisis management.
