Social Media Marketing Specialist

About the role

Prismind Media is seeking a Social Media Marketing Specialist to lead both paid Meta advertising and organic social strategies. You will work from our Folkart Towers office, collaborating with a dedicated creative team while owning the data‑driven side of campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• End‑to‑end management of Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns, including audience research, A/B testing, budget scaling, and optimisation for CPA and ROAS.
• Set up and troubleshoot Meta Pixel, Conversions API and custom tracking events to ensure accurate measurement.
• Develop and execute organic social media strategies across multiple platforms, managing content calendars and writing copy in English and Turkish.
• Brief in‑house videographers and graphic designers on visual assets needed for each campaign.

Required profile

• Proven track record of scaling Meta ad budgets profitably, with case studies or ROAS metrics available.
• Deep understanding of current social media algorithms, growth tactics and community engagement.
• Analytical mindset that makes data‑driven decisions based on performance metrics and KPIs.
• Fluent English and Turkish copywriting ability.
