Social Media Specialist

About the role

Apilex, an AI-native legal operating system, is seeking a creative Social Media Specialist to manage its social media presence, drive engaging content, and execute performance‑led campaigns across digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop social media strategies aligned with brand goals and manage monthly and weekly content calendars for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook.
• Translate campaign strategies into digital content concepts, brief copywriters and designers, and coordinate end‑to‑end visual and video production.
• Oversee influencer and user‑generated content collaborations, manage agency relationships, and handle content approvals.
• Manage community interactions, maintain the brand’s tone of voice, and mitigate potential reputation risks.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and integrate AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway) to boost efficiency and creativity.
• Measure reach, engagement, and ROI using analytics and social listening tools, and provide strategic insights.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of professional experience in social media management or digital content planning, preferably in a creative or digital agency.
• Excellent written and spoken Turkish with flawless grammar; professional fluency in English is a plus.
• Strong communication skills for effective cross‑functional collaboration.
