Software Developer (Full Stack, Microservices)

About the role

StELAB, an R&D team working with global and regional brands, is looking for an experienced software developer to join its expert staff of open-source cloud-based systems built on microservices and advanced software architecture. The role is full-time.

Key responsibilities

• Develop backend applications and improve the quality of the system architecture.
• Build SOAP and RESTful API services and client integrations.
• Gather and analyse requirements with the business team and contribute to documentation.
• Take part in testing and deployment phases of projects.
• Apply SDLC, CI/CD, software and product security, scalability, documentation, refactoring and testing practices, and work within agile methodologies.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in Computer Science/Engineering or a similar discipline.
• At least 4 years of experience with JavaScript, especially Node.js and React Native.
• Experience in back-end/front-end (full stack), REST APIs and HTTP services.

Required skills

• Object-oriented programming, software and design patterns, microservices.
• JavaScript, Node.js and React Native.
