Software Developer – KPI Development

About the role

Vispera is looking for a Software Developer to design, implement and maintain KPI measurement solutions for its retail analytics customers. You will work in a fast‑growing BaaS environment, collaborating across teams to deliver high‑quality software.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate customer requirements and define project needs.
• Analyze projects and select appropriate design and implementation methods.
• Develop, deploy, report and track KPI score measurements.
• Test projects, identify errors and provide debugging solutions.
• Gather, analyze and report data to ensure timely project completion.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of hands‑on software development experience.
• Business fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Analytical, problem‑solving mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Collaborative attitude and passion for technology.
