Software Engineer – New Graduate Backend Developer

About the role

Good Job Games is seeking a passionate new‑graduate Backend Engineer to help build and maintain high‑performance, distributed game services. You will work on core infrastructure that powers mobile puzzle games enjoyed by billions worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, low‑latency backend services for shared game functionality.
• Develop internal tools for operations, data analysis, and automation.
• Support and empower cross‑functional teams across the company.
• Participate in a strong engineering culture focused on learning, teaching, and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field.
• Understanding of distributed, fault‑tolerant, highly scalable backend architecture.
• Entry‑level experience with the Go programming language, including goroutines and channels.
• Passion for mobile puzzle games and the Good Job Games portfolio.
