Solutions Architect – Cloud Services (MENAT)

About the role

Amazon Web Services is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to partner with customers across the MENAT region. You will work closely with AWS sales teams and other internal groups to design scalable, flexible, and resilient cloud solutions that solve business challenges and drive adoption of AWS services.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales to develop and execute strategies that exceed revenue targets through AWS adoption.
• Design and guide the migration of applications, software, and services onto the AWS platform.
• Educate customers of all sizes on AWS value propositions and lead deep architectural discussions.
• Deliver training sessions (one‑to‑few and one‑to‑many) to transfer cloud knowledge.
• Capture best‑practice insights and share them within the Solutions Architect community.
• Contribute to customer‑facing publications such as whitepapers.
• Build strong relationships with senior technical stakeholders to become trusted cloud advocates.
• Act as a technical liaison between customers, service engineering teams, and support.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated with a proven track record in software/technology sales or consulting.
• Ability to translate technical solutions into measurable business value.
• Strategic thinker who can address business, product, and technical challenges.

Required skills

• AWS cloud platform expertise.
• Strong knowledge of cloud architecture design and migration patterns.
