About the role

You will collaborate with an international team to deliver high‑service levels for customers, developing new textile accessory products from design through approval.

Key responsibilities

Develop new products in line with customer expectations and design requirements.
Monitor ongoing projects with the supply network on a daily basis.
Source new qualities and product ranges.
Continuously evaluate supplier core competencies to maintain a competitive global purchasing position.

Required profile

1‑3 years of experience in textile sourcing, merchandising, procurement, production or related fields.
University degree in textile engineering, industrial engineering, business administration or economics.
Proficiency in written and spoken Turkish and English.
Ambitious, proactive, analytical, result‑oriented and able to work both independently and in a team.
Flexibility to work in a multinational environment and willingness to work in the Başakşehir area.
