Spa Receptionist – Guest Experience Assistant

About the role

Join the Spa & Wellness team at Aliée, a luxury lifestyle hotel in Istanbul, as a Spa Receptionist – Guest Experience Assistant. You will be the first point of contact for guests, managing reservations and ensuring a personalized spa journey.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm, professional approach and manage spa reservations, scheduling, confirmations and special requests.
• Provide detailed information on treatments, wellness experiences, facilities and products, and coordinate with therapists and other team members for smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles, handle inquiries via phone, email and in‑person, and support promotion and upselling of services and retail products.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Housekeeping and other departments to deliver a seamless overall guest experience.

Required profile

• Previous experience in luxury hospitality, spa reception or guest relations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, elegant appearance.
• Ability to manage multiple requests calmly and proactively resolve guest concerns.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with reservation systems.
