Special Cargo Sales Representative – OOG, Project & Military Cargo

About the role

The Special Cargo Sales Representative will drive growth across oversized, project, military and break‑bulk cargo segments, turning complex transport requirements into tailored solutions for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of customers in OOG, Project Cargo, Military Cargo, Break Bulk and related special cargo segments.
• Assess cargo feasibility, prepare commercially sound quotations, tenders and proposals, and act as the main liaison between customers and internal teams.
• Coordinate with Trade, Operations, Customer Service and Regional teams to deliver effective transportation solutions and oversee shipments from booking to delivery.
• Build business cases for special equipment and space allocation, forecast pipeline opportunities and monitor market trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, Maritime Transportation, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in shipping, logistics, freight forwarding or B2B sales, preferably with OOG, Project or Military Cargo.
• Strong commercial acumen, ability to interpret technical cargo data and manage complex stakeholder requirements.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) and ability to work 4 days per week from the Istanbul office (hybrid model).
