About the role

As a Staff Embedded Software Engineer on the Digital Healthcare Disease Management team, you will lead the creation of embedded software platforms that turn physiological sensing technologies into health monitoring and disease management solutions for wearable and medical devices.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architecture and design of complex embedded software systems for digital healthcare applications.
• Drive integration of healthcare algorithms and ensure regulatory, clinical, and commercial compliance.
• Collaborate with algorithm, biomedical, hardware, and system engineering teams to translate research into scalable products.
• Mentor technical talent and influence cross‑functional technical decisions.

Required profile

• 7+ years of embedded software development experience with a proven track record of technical leadership.
• Advanced expertise in embedded systems architecture, hardware‑software integration, and System‑on‑Chip development.
• Strong experience in real‑time signal processing, performance and power optimization, and CI/CD pipelines.
