Staffing Analyst, Business Process Improvement

About the role

The Staffing Analyst, Business Process Improvement will join Mastercard's Advisors & Client Services team in Istanbul. This role focuses on aligning staffing capacity with client engagement needs, ensuring optimal resource utilization and high‑quality project delivery across global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Aggregate staffing requirements at track or geographic level and prioritize them across projects.
• Collaborate with Client Services leadership and hub Capacity Staffing teams to assign appropriate capacity based on predefined criteria.
• Utilize internal systems and tools throughout the engagement lifecycle to manage staffing allocations.
• Collect and synthesize metrics for management reporting and insight generation.
• Work with staffing peers to design balanced team structures that support project quality and client success.
• Maintain continuous communication with staffing partners, people managers, and team members to drive engagement and strategy execution.
