Station Manager

About the role

Rijk Zwaan is seeking a proactive Station Manager to jointly lead the development of its three breeding stations in Antalya, working closely with the current Station Manager and a team of about 50 employees.

Key responsibilities

• Share leadership and oversee operational and strategic development of the three breeding stations.
• Lead, coach and support approximately 50 staff across the stations.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day operations, facilities, equipment, vehicles and other resources.
• Manage operational budgets, five‑year investment budgets and monitor expenditures.
• Coordinate service providers, contractors and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and company standards.
• Support infrastructure development, continuous improvement and innovation projects.
• Strengthen cooperation between Breeding, Execution, Sales and Support teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related agricultural discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in agricultural operations, station or farm management, or a comparable role.
• Strong understanding of agricultural production processes and infrastructure management.
• Passion for emerging agricultural technologies, precision farming and sustainability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
